Edinburgh-based strength coach working with hillwalkers, runners, and Munro-baggers who want to train smarter for the hills. I came to coaching after a long career in the outdoor industry and a slow-burn ACL rebuild that taught me more about programming than any course I'd taken. Most of my work is hybrid: a couple of in-person strength sessions a month at a private gym near Stockbridge, plus remote programming for the running and hillwalking weeks in between. If you've got a route in the Highlands or a trail ultra on the calendar, we can work backwards from it.
