TrainWith is operated by Digital Tactics. References to “we”, “us”, and “TrainWith” below mean Digital Tactics in its capacity as operator of trainwith.co.uk. By using the site you agree to these terms.
TrainWith is a directory of UK personal trainers. We list trainers who have paid the annual subscription fee and self-declared their qualifications, insurance, and services. We do not vet trainers, do not handle bookings or payments between trainer and client, and do not act as an introducer or agent. Anything that follows from a client contacting a trainer (or vice versa) is between those two parties.
Trainer listings cost £9.99 per year, billed via Stripe. The subscription auto-renews on its anniversary unless cancelled. You can cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the manage page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We offer a 14-day refund window from the start of your first subscription. If you cancel within 14 days and email trainers@trainwith.co.uk, we’ll refund the £9.99 in full. After 14 days, no pro-rated refunds — but you keep your listing until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
If you list yourself as a trainer, you confirm that:
Whether you’re a trainer or a client, you agree not to use TrainWith to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone; not to scrape the directory at scale; and not to attempt to interfere with the running of the site. We may remove any listing or block any user who breaches this section.
TrainWith is provided “as is”. We make no warranty about the suitability, qualifications, or conduct of any trainer listed in the directory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from any service delivered (or not delivered) by a trainer found through the site, nor for any dealings between a trainer and a client. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms will be updated as the platform matures. The current version is a placeholder pending a full legal review prior to public launch. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, where relevant, communicated to listed trainers by email.
