Manchester city-centre PT with a focus on yoga, pilates, and mobility. I work primarily with desk-based professionals who want to undo the damage of sitting for eight hours a day. Sessions run out of a small studio space in the Northern Quarter and emphasise breath, alignment, and progressive mobility work over high-intensity training. New starters welcome.
