I'm a Hove-based personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients rebuild strength after injury and feel confident in their bodies again. My approach blends progressive strength training with movement screening and rehab principles. Whether you're a beginner returning to exercise after a long break, recovering from a knee or back injury, or training for a specific event, every programme I write is built around your goals, your schedule, and your body. I run sessions out of a private studio just off Church Road and offer outdoor sessions on Hove seafront in the summer months. New clients always start with a free 30-minute consultation so we can talk through your history before we put a programme together.
