Listing FAQ

Q: How long until my profile is live?

A: Within roughly 24 hours of payment we'll email you a link to complete your profile (photo, bio, pricing). Your listing goes live automatically once you submit.

Q: What's the refund policy?

A: Full refund within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. After that, your £9.99 covers a full year of listing.

Q: Will I be charged again automatically?

A: Yes, the subscription renews annually — but you can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. We'll email you before the renewal date so there are no surprises.

Q: I'm buying this as a gift — how does that work?

A: Tick "I'm buying this as a gift" on Step 4 and enter the trainer's email. The trainer receives an invitation email shortly after payment. Refunds and subscription management remain with you as the buyer.

Q: Do you take a cut of bookings?

A: No. We're a directory, not a booking marketplace — clients contact you directly. £9.99/year covers everything.

Q: Where do you list me?

A: On your town's directory page, on the page for each speciality you select, and on any combined town × speciality pages we render. One listing, multiple discovery surfaces.
